E3 is Gone

I’m sure many people have been complaining about E3’s future plans…it’s been downsized. This really sucks, as I was planning to go to it when I was out of college. The guys over at VALVe have made an interesting first-person puzzle game that will be released alongside Half-Life 2: Episode 2 later this year. It’s called Portal, and you just have to see it to believe it. You can load the video right now if you have Steam installed, or if you’re a person that believes Steam is evil, you can download the video from GameSpot. IMHO, the Steam video is of better quality.

Because Laptop Keypads/Numpads Suck…

Kensington makes some good ones:
$29.99 gets you a USB keypad, with a 2 port USB hub.
$39.99 gets you the same, but you lose the USB hub and gain a simple calculator that works on its own. You can even copy the result to the computer with the push of a button.
