Mario Strikers Charged Gameplay Footage from GC

Linky

I have to say, I was very impressed by the visuals/presentation (see Mario’s special move), and the loading time was very short (I counted 11-12 seconds). I don’t know if the game being just a demo caused the loading time to be shorter than normal, but I would expect Nintendo to be on top of this game since it is, after all, a Mario game. The gameplay itself looks fast and fun…reminded me of Mario Tennis for N64. Good times, good times.

Pluto is Not a Planet: So what?!

People are like, “OMG! Pluto is not a planet!”, but of course, the all-knowing Libby told us that almost two years ago! C’mon people! It’s a short period comet! EVERYONE knows that! ;-) Libby is like the Jim Cramer of science.

Ready to Laugh?

All I gotta say is “Nipple Installation Holes”…don’t worry, it’s WS (Work Safe).

Fun with LEGOs

I can remember playing with LEGOs when I was younger…and it was fun! Some people have taken LEGOs to a new extreme…so awesome….
The awesomeness includes:

  • Cloud
  • Mario
  • Bionic Commando
  • Excitebike
  • Metal Gear (Notice he even did the life bar/rank!)
  • Katamari “Blockacy”
  • Sephiroth
  • Duck Hunt (Status bar included!)

Finally, the link. (Sorry for blog linking…he puts like 4 sources together in one page, so it was convenient)

Cool Generated Mosaic

This is so neat, I just had to post it. You must have Shockwave installed to see it.

Neato!

I hope this gets made into a real program. They say they’re working on it…faster guys!
