OK, I don’t even touch my site for 5 hours, and my sister IMs me and tells me that the flickr plugin is working again. I log on to the site, and find that mine is working as well. NO IDEA what’s going on around here, but I think things are finally back to normal…whew.
UPDATE: My Feedburner animated counter seems to be working again now as well! Seems like something triggered at midnight…hmmm….
Thoros went down yesterday…the bad kind of down. Thoros is the server that this website (along with my sister’s website Design Milk) is hosted on. I only lost one post and a couple of plugin updates. The post I lost has been remade below with the correct posting date so Google links won’t break. Also, the WordPress Flickr plugin I use (and that my sister also uses) is b0rked for now…ugh. Such is the way of owning a wesbite…at least everything isn’t gone for good! Thanks for the restore LunarPages!
Hmmm….seems like a new version of WordPress hit a couple of hours ago. I’m going to try and keep up on these updates.

Finally, keep an eye on GameSpot this Saturday, because Blizzard has a major announcement that it will make from South Korea. Blizzard is headquartered in Orange County, California, but Starcraft is absolutely huge in South Korea. Does this mean that we’ll get a Starcraft 2 or a World of Starcraft? Whatever it is, it’s guaranteed to be a blockbuster. We can’t wait!

Due to an overlooked setting in WordPress, comments were only allowed to those who registered for an account, which was impossible. I have opened up comments for all again. 
Sure, the cost is for a whole year which really isn’t bad, and LunarPages gives you a ton of stuff for free.
I’ve been up all night, messing with posts from the past, and making sure everything displays properly. This means all those dead Google links should work again, hehe. The only ones that won’t work are ones for categories that existed in the past, but don’t now. The old blog had 134 posts in it!

Hey guys. I am trying to restore all of the posts from the old blog. I have already restored all the comments. Wish me luck!
WHEW! I was able to merge the two blogs! All the old posts from the old blog will be tagged with “old blog,” and will be Uncategorized. I was using a different method to display photos before I started using flickr, so those posts that used the old method will be edited accordingly to display the photos. The original post code is also edited to display any Flash videos properly. I think the lesson learned here is to import first, and then post new stuff. I was afraid to import from the start due to my old blog having so many plugins.
The solution that people are searching for the world over (at least, according to my statistics provider) is back up! Enjoy!
UPDATE: The Fix Windows XP Log On/Log Off Loop page is back up as well.
I installed a WordPress Cache plugin, so hopefully the site will load a bit faster.
